4 OCT: Friday1-5pm Load in and setup
5 OCT: Saturday6-8:30am: Final setup. (This must be complete by 8:30)
9am: Opening Ceremony
9-5pm: Convention open
6:30pm: party and awards gala
6 OCT: Sunday9am-5pm: Convention open
5pm-6pm: Breakdown
